  一、立项缘由

  长期以来广大农村电网,输电线路架设主要采用混凝土电杆。混凝土电杆的受力工况是很复杂的,混凝土为脆性材料,抗拉性能差,容易断裂,尤其在河滩湿地在风和水的作用下导致内部钢筋的锈蚀,

抵御自然灾害能力差。水泥电杆体积重,在湿地和山区运输、安装、抢修困难。新型复合材料的技术发展为输电线路杆塔技术革命带来了新的机遇,新型复合材料电杆在机械性能、硬度和刚度都能取代传统的钢材和水泥电杆产品,在抗老化、耐腐蚀、抵抗自然灾害、绝缘防雷、易设计、易运输、易安装等诸方面都先进于传统的材料电杆。采用复合材料制造电杆以替代混凝土电杆的意义非常巨大。复合材料电杆具有很好的综合性能,作为一种低碳、 节能、环保,符合国家绿色环保政策,符合国家电网输电线路建设的 “两型三新 ”指导方针。国家电网公司科技部《新技术推广目录》2014 版中在输电线路杆塔结构章节中明确了该技术的推广应用的要求。


  二、工程简况

  结合农网改造工程,在安徽省宣城市狸桥乡选择 10kV 卫东 127线石马支线使用复合材料杆代替传统的水泥杆并开展应用研究。线路长度约二公里左右,线路跨越鱼塘、立杆于养殖湿地,大档距(120

米左右),其中直线杆 12 米杆 4 根,12 米直线耐张杆一根,12 米支线耐张杆一根,15 米直线杆一根,15 米终端杆一根。导线使用 95 钢芯绝缘导线,气候环境属于 B 类。通过该项目,首次在我省农村配网中使用 10kV 新型复合材料电杆,并验证了这一复合材料电杆的各种先进特点,体验了其工程施工的便利和优点。项目符合《电气装置安装工程 35kV 及以下架空电力线路施工及验收规范》,并且通过验收,合格。


  三、工程体会

  1、通过该项目积累了工程经验,体会了完全不同材质的电杆在工程中应用。新型复合材料电杆是普通水泥杆 1/4 重量,易运输、易安装。由于它轻便不需要大型机械运输吊装,现场施工时 12 米的电杆二人便可扛走(短距离),四人可以抬走(长距离),六人便可以立起(不使用机械)。

  2、选择圩区湿地、水田、养殖田地形运输安装,目的是体验该新型电杆的优越性,以便在施工机械、人工成本、青苗赔偿等方面费用的减少。实践证明复合材料电杆在湿地河滩、养殖水地中的应用,

减少了基础施工难度,加快了施工进度,减少和避免民事纠纷及赔偿。

  3、河网、湿地区域雷电频发区域,复合材料电杆由于它的本身绝缘性,可以抵消感应雷,大大减少雷击灾害引发的跳闸次数。

  4、复合材料电杆由于它不生锈、不腐蚀、不脱落,在河网湿地中使用寿命长,机械性能不会应为长期风化、锈蚀而下降。可以减少巡视和运维成本。

  5、该电杆可设计性能强,其强度和抗弯性能好远远优于水泥杆,可实现大跨越。

  6、由于复合材料重量轻,施工、运输方便,减少了施工、运输成本。


  经过该项目的实施,使我们体会到新型复合材料电杆是新一代高品质、性能优良的电杆,将为电力输电杆带来革命性的进步,特别适应农村湿地滩涂、偏远山区、环境恶劣、地质及自然灾害频发区。该电杆单杆价格比传统水泥杆贵,但是从线路建设整体上看,通过优化、合理设计,抗自然灾害和运维费用等综合造价看价格应该是合理的。

I.  Cause of Initiation

   The concrete poles are used for lots of rural grids and electric transmission line constructions for a long time, whose stress working conditions are complex. The concrete are fragile materials, with poor tensile property and easy breakage, especially the internal rebars will be eroded under the actions of wind and water in the benchland and wetland, with poor capacity to withstand the natural disasters. The weight of the concrete poles is heavy and thus it is difficult to transport, install and repair them in the wetland and mountainous areas.

   Technical development of new composite brings about new opportunity for the technical revolution of electric transmission line pole, whose mechanical property, hardness and rigidity can replace those of the traditional rebar and concrete poles and characteristics such as anti-aging, corrosion resistance, natural disaster resistance, insulation, thunder prevention, easy design, easy transportation and easy installation are more advanced than those of the poles made of the traditional materials. It is meaningful to manufacture the pole with the composite rather than the concrete.

   The composite pole has good comprehensive properties, such as low carbon, energy saving and environmental protection, which comply with the national green and environmental protection policies and guideline of "two-type and three-new" of the construction of national electric transmission line. The Technology Department of State Grid Corporation of China defined the requirements of promotion and application of this technology in Directory of New Technology Promotion (edition 2014).

 

II. Project Overview

    With combination of the rural power network transformation engineering, Liqiao Village, Xuancheng, Anhui selects to use the composite pole to replace the traditional concrete pole for 10kV Shima branch of Weidong No. 127 line and develops the application study. This line is about 2km long, crossing the fishpond. The pole is set up in the breading wetland, with the big span of about 120m, including four 12m straight poles, one 12m straight tension resistance pole, one 12m tension resistance pole of branch, one 15m straight pole and one 15m terminal pole. The 95 insulated wire with steel core is used, with the climate environment type of II.

It is the first time for this project to use the 10kV new composite pole in the rural distribution network in Anhui and various advanced characteristics of this composite pole are verified to experience the convenience and advantages of the project construction. The project complies with the Code for Construction and Acceptance of 35kV and under Overhead Power Levels Electric Equipment Installation Engineering and passes the acceptance and thus it is determined to be qualified.

 

III. Project Experience   

1. Through this project, the engineering experience is accumulated and the application of poles made of completely different materials to the engineering is experience. The weight of the new composite pole is 1/5 of that of the common concrete pole and it is easily transported and installed. Because it is light, it is unnecessary to be transported and hoisted with the large machine. When the construction is perform on site, two persons may shoulder a 12 pole for a short distance, four persons may shoulder it for a long distance and six persons may set it up by not using any machine.

2. The wetland, paddy field and breading field in the polder area are selected for选transportation and installation in order to experience the superiority of this new pole and reduce the costs of construction machine costs, labor costs and young crop compensation. The practice shows that the application of the composite pole to the wetland, benchland and breeding irrigated land reduce the foundation construction difficulty, accelerate the construction progress, reduce and avoid the civil disputes and compensation.

3. In the frequent thunder area in the river network and wetland area, the composite pole may offset the inductive thunder due to its insulativity, which may greatly reduce the trip times resulting from the lightning stroke disaster.

4. Because the composite pole is not rusted, corroded or fallen off, its service life in the river network and wetland is long and its mechanical property will not be reduced due to long-term weathering and corrosion, which reduces the inspection, operation and maintenance costs.

5. This pole has high designability and its strength and flexural property are better than those of the concrete pole, achieving long span.

6. Because the composite weight is light, it is easy to construct and transport it, reducing the construction and transportation costs.

 

The implementation of this project makes us realize that new composite pole is a new pole with high quality and excellent property, which will bring about revolutionary progress for the electric transmission pole. In particular, it is applicable to the rural wetland and mud flat, remote mountainous area and areas with harsh environment and frequent geological and natural disasters. The price of this pole is more expensive than that of the traditional concrete pole. However, as far as the overall line construction is concerned, its price is reasonable in terms of natural disaster resistance and operation and maintenance costs through optimization and reasonable design.
