  一、复合材料电杆应用的目的和意义

  针对大别山区输电线路建设、改造、抢修工程中水泥、钢管塔电杆运输、安装劳动强度大、成本高、安全系数低、工时长的困难,我们一直希望在新型材料应用方面找到替代传统的水泥电杆、钢管电

杆的新型产品,以解决山区电网(尤其是配电网)的建设、抢修建设效率、提高安全系数;降低运输难度和运输成本;提高抵御自然灾害的能力。新型复合材料电杆的问世解决了山区输电线路建设、运维、

抢修难题,开辟了新的途径,是电杆材料重要的技术进步。



  二、应用地点简况

  2014 年结合山区农网改造、减少山区冰雪树木倒伏使电杆脆断科技项目的研究,在大别山区佛子岭变电站 10 千伏通水灌 04 线 138#和 151#杆线路大关山山顶(海拨高度 300 米、海拨高差近 90 米)的位置,使用 12 米复合材料电杆 2 根。其中 138#杆作为大跨档耐张杆使用(档距近 400 米)、151#杆 10 千伏线路普通耐张使用,目前,电杆状况良好。


  三、应用体会

  1、运输方便。12 米复合材料电杆重量轻,山区运输方便,大幅度降低运输成本和人力运输用工,缩短施工时间。抢修便捷,快速恢复供电。

  2、施工简易。12 米复合材料电杆施工方面,不用重型机械,基础施工和普通水泥杆一样,在山区硬土环境,挖两米坑直埋。

  3、强度大,可设计大档距,减少用杆根数。

  4、高恢复性。复合材料杆在强大外力作用下弯曲后,能很快地恢复原直杆。远高于普通钢材的抗屈服强度。同时具有优良的耐疲劳性能。该特性能很好抵御台风、冰雪覆盖、竹木倒伏等自然灾害侵袭。抗自然灾害能力远远超越混凝土杆和铁塔。

  5、耐候性好。复合材料杆几乎适用于各种气象条件而不改变性能,复合材料杆塔可-50℃~+80℃之间长期运行。通过添加剂可以提高它的阻燃性能、热稳定性能、耐腐蚀性能、耐酸碱性能、抗辐照性能。理论使用寿命长达 80 年。

  6、电绝缘性好。由于电杆本身是绝缘体,感应雷电不会引导到线路上,较少了雷电跳闸次数。复合材料杆电气绝缘性能优良,可以减少导线与塔身间隙,使输电线路结构变得更为紧凑,可减少线路走

廊宽度。这在土地资源稀缺,线路走廊的获得日益困难的情况下尤其有意义。


  综上:复合材料塔用于输电线路提高线路安全运行水平,杆塔轻便,大幅度地降低杆塔的运输和组装成本;杆塔的耐腐蚀、耐高低温、强度大、可恢复性可降低线路的维护成本,因此,复合材料电杆是山区供电企业的福音。

I. Purpose and Meaning of Application of Composite Pole

      Due to high labor intensity, high costs, low safety coefficient and long man-hour of transportation and installation of concrete and steel tube tower poles in the construction, transformation and repair engineering of electric transmission line in the Dabie Mountain Area, we always hope to find out a new product to replace the traditional concrete pole and steel tube pole in terms of the new material application to promote the construction of the grid (especially the power distribution network) in the mountainous area, enhance the repair efficiency and safety coefficient, reduce the transportation difficulty and transportation costs and enhance the capacity to withstand the natural disasters. The appearance of new composite pole solves the construction, operation, maintenance and repair problems of the electric transmission line in the mountainous area and opens a new path, which is an important technical progress of the pole material.

 

II. Overview of Application Site (which shall be filled in by the Company in accordance with the actual situation)

     With combination of the study on rural power grid transformation in the mountainous area and technical project of reducing the pole brittle failure due to ice and snow or falling of trees in the mountainous area, two 12m composite poles were used at top (with the altitude of 300m and altitude difference of about 90m) of Daguan Mount of No. 138 and No. 151 of 10kV Tongshuiguan 04 line of Foziling Substation in Dabie Mountain Area in 2014, with No. 138 pole used as a long-span tension resistant pole (with the span of about 400m) and No. 151 pole used as the common tension resistant pole of 10kV line. At present, the pole is in good working conditions.

 

III. Application Experience

   1. Convenient transportation. The weight of 12m composite pole is light and it is easy to be transported in the mountainous area, which will greatly reduce the transportation costs and labor of human-powered transportation, shorten the construction time, make repair easy and quickly recover power supply.

2. Easy construction. The heavy-duty machinery is unnecessary to construct the 12m composite pole and its fundamental construction is the same with that of the common concrete pole and the composite pole may be buried by digging a 2m pit in the environment with hard soil in the mountainous area.

3. High intensity and the large span may be designed to reduce the number of poles to be used.

4. Easy restorability. The composite pole may quickly recover to its original state after it is bent under strong exogenous action, whose anti-yield strength is far higher than that of the common steel. Meanwhile, it has excellent fatigue resistance property, which may well withstand such natural disasters as typhoon, cryoconite cover and bamboo falling. Its natural disaster resistance property is far better than that of the concrete pole and iron tower.

5. Excellent weather ability. The composite is almost applicable to various meteorological conditions without property change and the composite pole tower may work at the temperature of -50℃~+80℃ for a long time. The additive may enhance its flame retardant property, thermal stability, decay resistance, acid and alkali resistance and resistance to irradiation. It theoretical service life is 80 years.

  6. Good electrical insulating property. Because the pole is an insulator, the inductive thunder and lightning will not come to the line, reducing the time of trip resulting from thunder and lightning. The composite pole has excellent electrical insulating property, which may reduce the clearance between the wire and tower to make the electric transmission line structure more compact and reduce the width of line corridor. Therefore, it is meaningful in the case of difficult to obtain the line corridor and rare land resources.

 

To sum up, the composite tower is applied to the electric transmission line to enhance the safe operation level. The light pole tower greatly reduces its transportation and assembly costs; its corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, high strength and restorability may reduce the maintenance costs of the line. Therefore, the composite pole is good news for the power supply enterprises in the mountainous area.
